Klosters Service Centre in Hamilton is an all makes service centre located at Tudor Street, Hamilton, Newcastle, NSW.

Highly trained dedicated technicians are backed with state of the art equipment to ensure that your vehicle is in the safest of hands and receives the best possible service available.

We plan our schedules to fit yours and offer night services, and even while-you-wait servicing for your convenience. Vehicle grooming, pick-up and delivery, and corporate rates are also available.

Kloster Ka Kafé overlooks the spotless interactive service facility and offers a menu of light, fresh cuisine and the finest espresso coffee. Klosters provides a comfortable business lounge area with a phone line for internet access, as well as a selection of newspapers, magazines and a television

COMMUNICATION & BOOKING CENTRE
Vehicle drivers can call and be attended to immediately by our trained operators. Our operators are able to take service bookings or direct the driver to the nearest site in the case of an urgent repair, and notify the site Service Manager so they are prepared for your driver. Reminder calls are made the day prior to a booking and a follow up call is made three days after the vehicle has left the workshop to ensure total customer satisfaction.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Scheduled appointments can be made through our booking centre operators who will establish an appointment time that is convenient for the driver with their appointed team. Often services can be done while the driver waits to minimise down time.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
This service is available to those within a 10-kilometre radius of the dealership conducting the service. This is arranged through the Booking Centre.

VEHICLE REPORTING & HISTORY
A full inspection is carried out on all vehicles and reports completed. Any repairs not completed on the day, or any damage found during the inspection is reported on the invoice. A full documented record of each vehicle is kept on company files.

NIGHT SERVICE
This is available at the Hamilton Service Department (Monday- Friday), allowing your vehicle to be on the road during the day.

TOWING
Can be arranged through our preferred supplier.

BODY REPAIRS
Body Works have the facilities and ability to carry out minor repairs or major accident repairs. It is affiliated with most major insurance companies.

BODY – WINDSCREEN - DETAILING
In our effort to provide a total ‘One Stop Shop’, we offer you paintless dent removal; windscreen replacement; windscreen repair; internal/external detail; rust proofing and engine cleaning.
